We ship worldwide, free of charge. The price you see on the product page is the final product price; no hidden costs.

Satisfaction

We recognise that you place a lot of trust in us when you purchase your jewellery online. We want to make your purchase as easy as we can, so we've developed what we call 'The Three Rs' when it comes to you being satisfied.

Resizing: if the ring doesn't fit, we resize it for you free of charge. You can read more about that here. However, we hope that with our 3D ring sizing service, this will make sure you never have the incorrectly-sized ring again.

Returns: we think you'll love your jewellery, given that you designed it. If you receive your jewellery and it's not what you ordered, you return to it to us as per our returns policy, we'll refund you. No questions asked. 

Risk-free: to help you be satisfied in the confidence of your purchase, and that what you have received is what you have ordered, any item valued at AUD500 or more is accompanied by a valuation certification from an Approved Valuer of the National Council of Jewellery Valuers.
